Breath Library Workshop

When: 30 Aug – 1 Sept

Where: Biotop Lechnica, Lechnica, Pieniny mountains in Slovakia, right across the Polish-Slovak border.

Another iteration of Breath Library Workshop! If you’re interested in:

  • tracing your own fatigue (as an academic or educator);
  • exploring how how we can rely on breathing to introduce positive changes in educational environments
  • to reflect on the role of breathing in connecting the response to “big” issues of various crises that have impact on our lives (climate crisis, ecological catastrophe, crisis in education, social and cultural crises, etc.

Join us in person in a beautiful village of Lechnica in Slovak Pieniny mountains, here (at the cost of accommodation for 2 nights at one of the nearby B&Bs).

If you can’t seem to find time and/or resources to join in person, you will be able to participate online in a parts of the workshop. Please let me know, if you’re interested at anna.nacher (at) uj.edu.pl by 20 Aug.

Please feel free to join our FB event as well.
